Memorable Moments

Repeating renters and love the house! Grandchildren already asking to stay at “our” house again next year. Worth saving throughout the year for the views! Early morning sunrises and the sunsets are spectacular! So spoiled sitting on the deck with family listening and treasuring the memories made! Chris is extremely helpful, kind, thoughtful and made our stay very easy! Expanded the deck from last year and added gravel to the driveway which is nice to see owners reinvesting to meet needs not just collecting profits. Been coming to Oak Island for many years by far the best and our favorite place to stay!

The entire experience with Chris and his wonderful beach front, 5 bedroom, 5 bath home was Exceptional! From booking, to check in, to location, cleanliness, parking, walkability, communication and check out- basically every category - was outstanding. We will book this location at least 2-3 times a year moving forward and highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality island get-away. The place is modern, clean, extremely well-stocked in all aspects, inside and out. The communication was almost instantaneous and always positive and with great, local recommendations. We cannot say enough good things about this stay and as mentioned it wont be our last - thanks so much Chris for sharing your amazing beachfront home! Ron and Carol Beckett

My brothers and I always look forward to our time at the beach, which we get to do once every fall. We all love to cook, so a well appointed kitchen is always our hope, but often places fall far short of what we need. This was certainly an exception. The entire home, especially the kitchen, is well stocked and perfect for people wanting to cook. The bedrooms, bathrooms, linens - everything is clearly thought through to make guests feel like they would at home. We hope to be back next year and many more to come.

We had an amazing stay Chris’s Home! The communication from the owners was truly unlike anything we have experienced at another vacation rental. They were incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and responsive. The location is fantastic, just two houses away from the pier, and the home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. When we arrived, the owners had left us an incredibly generous welcome basket that even included sunglasses for us to use. They also surprised us thoughtful things for our stay that went above and beyond anyone’s expectations. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the celebration feel even more special. You can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests and put so much thought into creating a memorable experience. It was organized very well. We absolutely loved the house and would stay here again without hesitation. It truly lived up to its name!
